Return Policy

If your purchase is too big, too small, not your color or simply not what you expected, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for an alternative item.We ask that all returns are on their way back to the supplier within 48 hours of receiving your order (to be back in store within 10 days) and all items are in the same condition you received them in and with all original tags still intact. If for any reason you cannot return an item within this time frame please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds on items received outside of this time frame are at each retailers discretion - in which case a store credit may be issued instead. The returns are not accepted for customized products.

​Is Solioo only for Women and Kids?

We currently only carry Women and Kids clothing including some gift items that rarely available, but we welcome everyone! Please email us at hello@solioo.com if you have any specific concerns.

How I can send a gift

​How do I give gift to my friends and families in India?

You can order products through Solioo and enter the correct shipping address with the gift note. Solioo team in India will make sure that all the items that you purchased are delivered correctly to the shipping address you provided for the order.

​Can my billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip code.

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times.



We have done our best to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible on our website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor and resolution , we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Yes. We use Paypal ' the world's leading online payment system. Also, we will never ever take or store any of your payment details or give your financial information to sellers. You should never disclose any of your personal credit or debit card details before you have been transferred to PayPal's secure payment site.

​I don't have a PayPal account, do I need one?

If you're a seller then yes, you will need either a personal or business PayPal account that has been verified. If you are a buyer then no, you can make payment via PayPal with a credit or debit card. If you haven't registered with PayPal before, don't worry. Registration is free, quick, and easy. If you don't want to use PayPal, then we suggest you contact the seller directly to make other arrangements for payment


​When will the seller ship my purchase?

All sellers are encouraged to send within 1-4 days. All sellers have agreed to ship within 7 days, although this may not always be possible. Please check the seller terms before purchasing.

Absolutely! For your convenience, unpurchased items will remain in your basket until you decide to remove them or someone else purchases the item. These items will remain in your basket even if you close your browser and come back the next day.

  • Complete the shopping and make payment.
  • Download the "measurement Chart "
  • Complete the form with correct measurements.
  • You will receive an email from seller.
  • Please complete the form and email it back to seller also if you like please pass your contact number
